By creating an account or using RUNN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RUNN.
RUNN is for players aged 16 or older. You confirm you meet this age and can form a binding contract in your country. We use a neutral age check and may suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to under-16s.
RUNN is a GPS game where movement in the real world claims and holds virtual territory. During pre-launch, maps, leaderboards, stats and pricing shown are illustrative and may change. Features may be added, changed or removed.
Keep your credentials secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@evamb.com about any unauthorised use.
RUNN is server-authoritative: turf is only awarded for movement the server validates. You agree not to:

RUNN is a game and general fitness companion — not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise, especially if you have a health condition. Stats and estimates (calories, heart rate, recovery) are indicative only. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell.
Turf, ranks, XP and badges are limited, revocable licences to use in-game features. They have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be transferred or redeemed outside RUNN.
Paid tiers (e.g. Player and Dog Walker) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through the applicable app store or payment processor. Prices shown auto-convert to your local currency and are indicative until launch; final tier pricing follows store price points.
RUNN, its name, the magenta pin mark, design and software are owned by eVamb Technologies. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app. You keep rights in content you create; you grant us a licence to host and display it to run the service.
You may stop using RUNN and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service and its players.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUNN is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, property damage or loss arising from your real-world activity while playing, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and venue will be specified per market at launch. Your mandatory local consumer-protection rights always apply and are not overridden by these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
